A reception for all graduates and their families will take place on Friday, 5月3日, 从下午6点到晚上8点在学生成功中心. 的 reception hosted by Chancellor Les Cook will include appetizers, music, and a cash bar.

彩排 for the ceremony will be held on Friday, 5月3日 at 3:00 in the 惠普复杂. We will discuss how your ceremony will proceed and answer any questions regarding graduation.
荣誉绳子
Honor cords will be available for undergraduates during finals week in 注册服务 (SSC 3.126)以及在仪式当天的登记时. 请查看 目录 对于荣誉/高荣誉的要求. Master/PhD hoods will be given to graduates during the ceremony.

- Graduates and guests must follow all staff instructions during the event.
- Guests must remain in the audience for the duration of the ceremony.

A professional photographer with GradImages will take pictures of each graduates as they cross the stage. Graduates will be emailed a link where the pictures are posted after the ceremony.

All graduates (except those with holds) will receive a plaque with a copper replica of their 文凭 as a gift from Montana Tech. 的se will be mailed with the 文凭 after the final graduation check-out is complete.
